Daily Log–Saturday, May 8, 2010

Breakfast: Pastry with cinnamon, apple, and berries, and bite of a 9-layer bar at the farmer’s market.  (Still missed the scones–boo.)

Lunch: Roasted asparagus with lemon, some grilled chicken breast, butternut squash topped with parmesan, sourdough bread with butter.

Snacks: Samples while shopping–spinach and feta bread with butter (strange, but awesome good), various spreads on crackers, ice cream.

Dinner: Pork tenderloin from The Healthy Irishman (don’t have the link handy right now, sorry), salad (romaine, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, parmesan, dijon-balsamic vinaigrette), spinach and feta bread with butter.

Dessert: Quarter of a cinnamon roll with milk, licking the bowl of the cookies I made for Mother’s Day.
