Daily Log–Thursday, May 6, 2010

Breakfast: An apple at home, and then a bagel with veggie cream cheese from a student group when I got to campus.

Lunch: Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins, chicken, ham, pepperjack cheese, onion, lettuce, mustard), grape tomatoes.

Dinner: Salad (romaine, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, feta, parmesan, avocado, dijon-balsamic vinaigrette), grilled chicken marinated in salsa, sourdough bread with butter.

Dessert: 1/4 of an individual sized key lime cheesecake from Walmart, milk.

Exercise: Health Habits workout, Week 18, Day 2.  I didn’t feel like I did enough–my legs didn’t feel like I had “just run a marathon”–so I got on the treadmill and walked/ran for 15 minutes.
