Ate waaaaay too much today.

Breakfast: Lara bar.

Lunch: Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins, chicken, ham, pepperjack cheese, onion, lettuce, mustard) and an apple.

Dinner: Pasta with cauliflower, walnuts, and feta, a few pieces of broccoli and red pepper hummus.

Dinner Redux: The martial arts friends wanted to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, so I met them at Don Pablos.  Had part of a margarita, chips with salsa and queso, Mexican rice, corn spoonbread, and a steak fajita taco with lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.

Exercise: No martial arts class because of the aforementioned dinner.  I think we’re going to have a class tomorrow, though.
