Daily Log–Friday, April 30, 2010

Breakfast: Didn’t have anything.

Lunch: Jimmy John’s Country Club with onions and hot peppers.

Dinner: Salad (romaine, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, feta, avocado, pine nuts, dijon-balsamic vinaigrette), some slices of chicken and ham lunchmeat.

Dessert: Three Dove caramel chocolates, milk.

Exercise: Health Habits workout, Week 17, Day 2.
The Farmer’s Market should finally be open again tomorrow!  I cannot wait.
