Daily Log–Wednesday, April 28, 2010

Breakfast: Apple, peanut butter, milk.

Lunch: Salad (spinach, romaine, grilled chicken, bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, feta, dijon-balsamic vinaigrette)

Snack: Chex Mix.  I didn’t need it, but it was there, and I have no will power.

Dinner: The last of my shakshuka, with some toasted sandwich thins instead of pita.

Snack: One Dove caramel chocolate, whole wheat tortilla chips, salsa, and pepperjack cheese.

Exercise: Martial arts class, about 1.5 hrs.  Part of that was sparring.  Ow.
