Daily Log–Tuesday, April 27, 2010

Breakfast: Clif Builder’s bar.

Lunch: “Veggie Platter” from the place near my lab–baba ganoush, hummus, grape leaves, Greek salad, and pita.  Yum.  Trying to get into tea, so I also got some rooibos tea.  Eh.  So far the only type I’ve liked is Earl Grey.

Dinner: Apartment complex had a cookout.  I got a burger, potato salad, chips, and Mountain Dew.

Snack: Whole wheat tortilla chips, red pepper hummus, pepperjack cheese.

Exercise: Health Habits, Week 17, Day 1.  (Same as last week.)
