Breakfast: Just an apple, because I already knew I was going to have a bad for me lunch.

Lunch: Double cheeseburger, fries, and root beer from a local, kind of famous diner.  It’s even been on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives!

Dinner: Salad (spinach, romaine, grilled chicken breast, bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, feta, parmesan, pine nuts, dijon mustard and balsamic vinaigrette), sourdough bread with butter.

Dessert: Two Dove caramel chocolates.

Exercise: Health Habits workout, Week 16, Day 2.  Someone was already using the Smith machine, so I couldn’t do the bodyweight row.  I’m guessing that works the triceps, so I just did another triceps exercise in its place.
