Breakfast: Apple and peanut butter.

Lunch: Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins, chicken, pepperjack cheese, onion, lettuce, mustard), broccoli and red pepper hummus.

Dinner: Went to the monthly meeting of a student organization I’m in, and dinner was provided.  Had a salad (lettuce, chicken, tomato, black olives, carrots, cheese, some kind of nut/seed, don’t know exactly what, and honey mustard dressing), a peanut butter cookie, half a chocolate chip cookie, and half an oatmeal raisin cookie.

Exercise: Got back from the meeting too late to go to martial arts tonight, so I went to my apartment complex’s gym and did an HIIT-sort of workout on the exercise bike.  10 minutes of steady pedaling, followed by 10 minutes of 10 and 15 second sprints, and then 10 more minutes of steady pedaling.
