Daily Log–Thursday, April 22, 2010

Breakfast: Apple and peanut butter.

Lunch: Salad (spinach, romaine, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, onion, parmesan, feta, pine nuts, balsamic vinaigrette), half a peanut butter cookie.

Snack: Study Break this week was Chex Mix.  Mmmmm, love Chex Mix.

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast topped with salsa, steamed asparagus with lemon and salt, sourdough bread with butter.

Dessert: Three Dove caramel chocolates.
