Daily Log–Monday, April 19, 2010

Breakfast: Apple, peanut butter, milk, half a slice of lunchmeat as I was making my lunch.

Lunch: Chicken, pepperjack cheese, onion, bell pepper, and mustard wrapped in romaine; broccoli with red pepper hummus.

Is there some kind of method to making lettuce wraps?  Mine just seem to fall apart.

Dinner: Last of the pasta with cauliflower, walnuts, and feta; salad (spinach, romaine, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg, pine nuts, parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette); sourdough bread with butter.

Dessert: Two Dove caramel chocolates, milk.

Exercise: Martial arts class, about 1.5 hrs.  Ow.
