Breakfast: Apple, peanut butter, milk.

Lunch: Salad (spinach, romaine, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, pine nuts, feta, parmesan, balsamic vinagrette), a few slices of lunchmeat.

Snack: Some grapes.

Dinner: Scrambled eggs with kale, red pepper, garlic, and feta; steamed asparagus with lemon and salt.

Dessert: Two Dove caramel chocolates and milk.

Exercise: Martial arts class, lasted about 1.5-1.75 hrs.  We went over self-defense techniques, though, so it wasn’t as much of a workout as a normal class is.
