			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong> Nope.</p>
<p><strong>Lunch:</strong> Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins, turkey, pepperjack cheese, pickles, onion, bell pepper, lettuce, mustard), salt &amp; vinegar chips.</p>
<p><strong>Snack:</strong> Whole wheat tortilla chips with garlic and artichoke hummus.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner: </strong> Mac and cheese from a box (not Kraft), to which I added sauteed kale, onions, bell pepper, and garlic, and topped it with parmesan cheese.  Also had a Coke (the kind made with real sugar).</p>
<p>I probably had another snack or two in there, but for the life of me I cannot remember.</p>

<p><strong>Snack:</strong> Sourdough bread with butter.</p>
<p><strong>Dessert:</strong> Trail mix from lunch, one Dove caramel chocolate.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise:</strong> Health Habits workout, <a href="http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000304233321#!/notes/health-habits/health-habits-workout-week-20-cardio-hiit-workouts/423670965972">Cardio/HIIT workout</a>.  One sprint per minute, ten minutes after.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ugh.  I&#8217;m not even going to try to remember everything I had over the weekend.  Let&#8217;s just say there was some good&#8211;roasted veggies, salads, exercise&#8211;and some bad&#8211;fries, pizza, cookies&#8211;and leave it at that.</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong> Apple, peanut butter, milk, some lunchmeat as I was making my lunch.</p>
<p><strong>Lunch:</strong> Sandwich (whole wheat sandwich thins, ham, turkey, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, bell pepper, onion, mustard), grape tomatoes.</p>
<p><strong>Snack: </strong> Bought some hot chocolate from the vending machine, because my lab was FREEZING today.  It was insane.  Then when I got home I had some broccoli and artichoke and garlic hummus before I worked out.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner:</strong> Half a grilled chicken breast marinated in barbecue sauce plus a few bites of another marinated in a sun-dried tomato marinade (made extra to put on salads later in the week), tomato bisque soup topped with parmesan, sourdough bread with butter, a few bites of my spinach and feta bread.</p>
<p><strong>Dessert: </strong><a href="http://smittenkitchen.com/2008/11/chocolate-toffee-cookies/">Chocolate toffee cookie</a> with milk.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise:</strong> Health Habits workout, <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Casa/135506542644?v=wall#!/notes/health-habits/health-habits-workout-week-20-day-1/422514095972">Week 20, Day 1</a>.  I suck at squats, so bad.</p>
